Facilitating engagement

Engagement is an important element for all organizations, whether private, public or societal. Growth in the level of commitment within an organization, improves individual and collective performance. Citizens and Societies specializes in this niche.

Citizens first...

Whether we are employees, volunteers, students, influencers, leaders, decision-makers and managers, or even suppliers or clients, we are all, first and foremost, citizens.

All our actions, whether individual, group or collective, whether they occur within the organization for which we work or in the collectivities where we live, have a direct and indirect impact on us, our fellow citizens, including our colleagues, and the functioning of our collectivities, including our environment.

They reflect our commitment. The more our actions are positive, the more the functioning of our organizations and our local, regional, provincial and national collectivities are facilitated.

Citizens and Societies can help you create the necessary commitment to the realization of your projects.

For our collectivities (villages, towns, cities)

We have developed a new methodology to facilitate citizen participation as well as the functioning of collectivities. Based on seven years of research it allows us to assess, analyze and propose approaches that will impact on the commitment of citizens of all ages. For more information, contact us.

... then leaders, employees, volunteers or students

Some of us have the privilege, because we are in good physical and mental health, because we have physical or intellectual abilities, and we have a good social network, of being leaders, employees or volunteers. But these privileges do not guarantee an engagement to the mission and goals of the organization.

For companies and organizations (public or private)

Our knowledge in psychology, social psychology, neuropsychology, change management and management, combined with our knowledge and experience in knowledge management and collaborative work, allows us to assess, analyze and propose approaches, which have an impact on the commitment of staff.
